Patrick Elliott has nearly 7 years of real estate experience. He began his career as an Investment Analyst on NorthMarq’s Multifamily Capital Markets team where he eventually worked his way up to being a Vice President of the Dallas Debt & Equity platform. During his first year of production, Patrick was recognized nationally by NorthMarq as “Rookie of the Year”. At NorthMarq, he specialized in full stack capitalizations including joint venture and preferred equity for all types of real estate including multifamily, self-storage, MHCs, and more.

While in capital markets brokerage, Patrick also began pursuing his passion for investing by acquiring a self storage facility as well as single family homes. This experience ultimately led to him reuniting with his former NorthMarq colleagues, William Hancock and James Roberts, and founding Everblue Investments.

Patrick received a BBA from the University of Texas with a major in Real Estate Finance. He now resides in Dallas, Texas and enjoys playing golf in his spare time.
